Some Chiify emails are important — review results, payout notices, and security alerts. Whitelisting us keeps them out of spam.

How to whitelist

  • Add chiify.com and [email protected] to your contacts or safe senders list.
  • If a Chiify email lands in spam/junk, mark it "Not spam" — that teaches your provider.
  • In Gmail, you can create a filter for chiify.com set to "never send to spam."

Why it matters

If you miss a book-status email you might not know a book needs a fix; if you miss a security alert you could miss someone changing your payout settings. Keep your account email current and verified too.
