Author Distribution Agreement

This Distribution Agreement is between you (the "Author") and Frenz LLC ("Chiffy"). Author grants Chiffy a non-exclusive, sublicensable, worldwide license to distribute the Author's works to the retailers the Author selects. Author represents and warrants that (a) they own or control all rights necessary to distribute, (b) the works do not infringe any third party rights, and (c) the metadata is accurate. Chiffy shall remit to Author 90% of net sales on a monthly schedule. Either party may terminate on 30 days notice.
