Yes — Starter is a monthly subscription, so you pay for each month you want to publish. Your monthly book allowance (for example, 20 titles on Starter) does not roll over: if you don't use all of it in one month, you keep using the remaining slots in the months that follow, but the monthly fee still applies for every month you publish. In short, any month you want to publish, that month's fee is due.

No, not automatically. If Amazon or any of our partner stores objects to a book and removes it, they notify us and we take that specific book down — but we do not terminate your account over it. Account termination only happens in cases of default or repeated violations after we've warned you, and you'll always be given notice and a chance to fix the issue first.

No. You do not need a VPN, a proxy, or to hide or spoof your location in any way. Just publish from your own country — that is all that's required.

We currently pay out to US bank accounts (ACH) and via USDT (TRC20). We don't yet pay in local currencies — if you're outside the US, please contact support so we can confirm whether we cover your country; otherwise USDT or a US bank account is the way to go.

No. We aggregate sales from many retailers, and each one reports on its own schedule — some weekly, some twice a week, and some only once a month. Your dashboard updates as each channel sends new data, so it isn't a single daily refresh.

We collect earnings from every retailer, each on its own cycle — Amazon, for example, pays roughly 60 days after a sale, while other platforms pay monthly. Once your balance meets the minimum payout threshold, we pay out between the 15th and 20th of each month (the exact day can shift slightly around public holidays). Because retailer cycles differ, a sale is paid to you in the first payout window after the retailer has paid us.

After a human reviews and approves your book, it typically goes live within 24–48 hours.

If a category or subcategory is accepted on Amazon, it's accepted on Chiify. We do not accept book types that Amazon prohibits — for example, unauthorized summary / "cliff notes" books and other disallowed content.

No. One account is all you need — even if you publish across many different niches. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

Yes. We support royalty splits between co-authors. Open a ticket from your dashboard and we'll set it up for you.

No. You can use your own ISBN if you already have one, or use a free ISBN from us. Our ISBNs are real, Bowker-registered ISBNs issued through MyIdentifiers.com (Bowker, USA).

Most tickets get a reply within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm EST). Urgent payout or KYC issues are usually answered same-day. Premium publisher accounts get priority routing.

Go to the login page and click "Forgot your password?" We'll email a reset link to your account address. Links expire after 1 hour. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact [email protected].

Open the book in your dashboard and use the Edit metadata page or upload new files. Changes are re-delivered to retailers automatically — they typically reflect within 3–7 days. Major changes (title, author) may require new ISBN.

From the book detail page, choose "Unpublish." Retailers stop selling within 1–10 business days depending on the store. Earnings already credited remain in your balance and will be paid out normally.

Open Account → Identity verification (KYC) in the dashboard. The rejection reason is shown in your status banner. Upload corrected documents and we'll re-review within 1–2 business days.

Payouts run on the 15th of each month for balances above your minimum threshold. USD bank transfers (ACH) take 1–3 business days; SWIFT international wires take 3–5 days; USDT (TRC20) settles in minutes.

Yes. Email a DMCA-style notice to [email protected] including the URL, your contact info, the copyrighted work, and a sworn statement. We act on valid notices within 24 hours.

Yes — see the status indicator at the top of this page. We post incidents and scheduled maintenance there. You can also subscribe to platform announcements in your dashboard notification settings.

Open Account → Settings and scroll to "Delete account." You'll be asked to confirm. Pending payouts are processed normally; book distributions are unpublished from all retailers within 30 days.

Right now our support team works in English, but we use translation tools to assist Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese authors. Send your message in any language and we'll respond.

Phone support is available for publisher accounts (10+ titles) and Premium tier. For all other tickets, email keeps a written record both parties can reference.
