By using Chiffy you agree to these terms. Chiffy is operated by Frenz LLC. We provide a book distribution platform that delivers your books to third-party retailers. You retain all copyright. We take 10% of net sales as our service fee. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute. You may terminate at any time by unpublishing your titles; the license ends once all retailers confirm removal. We are not liable for retailer outages or delays. Jurisdiction: the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
