Terms of Service

By using Chiify you agree to these terms. Chiify is operated by Frenz LLC. We provide a book distribution platform that delivers your books to third-party retailers. You retain all copyright. On the Free plan we take 10% of net sales as our service fee; on every paid plan (Starter, Pro, Lifetime) we take 0% and you keep 100% of net sales. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute. You may terminate at any time by unpublishing your titles; the license ends once all retailers confirm removal. We are not liable for retailer outages or delays. Jurisdiction: the laws of the State of Iowa, USA.
