The stages
1. Submitted — your book joins the review queue.
2. Review (24–48h) — a human check plus an automated quality scan.
3. Delivered — Chiify sends it to your stores.
4. Live — each store lists it on its schedule (hours to ~2 weeks).
What can slow review
- Quality or policy flags — the book may be blocked and returned to drafts with reasons.
- File errors — see EPUB upload errors.
- Busy periods — queues can run a little longer.

What you can do while you wait
- Make sure your cover and metadata are final — a clean submission clears review faster.
