Clear rules so there are no surprises.
- Commission accrueson net revenue from each referral’s first 12 months of paid plans.
- Last-click attribution within a 120-day cookie window. If two affiliates refer the same user, the most recent receives credit.
- No trademark bidding.You may not bid on “chiify”, “chiify.com”, or close brand variants in paid search. Generic publishing terms are fine.
- No self-referrals or fraud. Referring yourself, forcing clicks via incentivized traffic, or generating fake signups voids commission and the account.
- No clawbacks on paid commission. Once a payout is sent, it is final. We do not reverse commission if your referral cancels later.
- Disclosure required. You must disclose the affiliate relationship per FTC guidelines in any review, comparison, or recommendation content.

- Who can apply?
- Anyone — writers, bloggers, YouTubers, course creators, agencies, writing communities. You do not need to be a Chiify customer.
- How is commission calculated?
- 5% of net revenue from each paid plan your referral subscribes to, paid monthly for 12 months from the date of their first paid transaction. On the $300 Lifetime plan, you receive $15 as a single one-time payout.
- When do I get paid?
- Monthly on the 15th, for any balance above $50. You can choose USD bank transfer (ACH or SWIFT) or USDT on the Tron network (TRC20). Balances below $50 roll over and never expire.
- What happens if my referral cancels?
- Commission accrues on every successful billing cycle while the referral is active, up to 12 months. We never claw back commission already paid.
- Are there volume tiers?
- Yes. 50 paid referrals in a quarter increases your rate to 7% for that quarter and the next. 200 paid referrals in a year unlocks a custom rate up to 10% on a written agreement.
- Can I bid on Chiify keywords in paid search?
- No bidding on "chiify", "chiify.com", or close trademark variants. Generic terms ("book distribution", "sell ebooks worldwide", etc.) are permitted.
- What materials are provided?
- Logos (SVG/PNG), display banners in standard IAB sizes, email templates, embed widgets, and a brand style guide. Available from the affiliate dashboard once approved.
