Resetting your Chiify password takes about a minute.
Steps
- On the login page, click Forgot password.
- Enter the email on your account and submit.
- Open the reset email and click the link (check spam if it is slow — see verification email tips).
- Choose a new password and save, then log in.
Tips for a good password
- At least 12 characters, mixing words, numbers, and symbols.
- Not reused from another site.
- Consider a password manager.
Want to just change it while logged in?
If you remember your current password and simply want a new one, you can update it in Settings → Security — see change your password. For extra protection, turn on two-factor authentication.
No reset email?
If nothing arrives, confirm you used the right address; if you are locked out entirely, email [email protected] from that address.
