Always preview your ebook before it goes out — it is the best way to catch problems readers would see.
How to preview
When Chiify converts your manuscript to EPUB, it gives you an in-browser preview that renders the book exactly as a reader's app would. Open it, page through, and check:
- Chapters start correctly and the navigation works — see clickable table of contents.
- No broken formatting, stray symbols, or missing images.
- Front and back matter are in the right order.
Then approve

If a PDF converted poorly
PDF reflow is best-effort; if the preview looks messy, upload a DOCX instead for a cleaner result — see I don't have an EPUB.
