How do I download invoices and statements?

You can download both your subscription invoices (what you pay Chiify) and your earnings statements (what Chiify pays you).

Subscription invoices

For paid plans, find invoices under Settings → Billing. Each shows the plan, date, and amount — useful as a business expense for your taxes.

Earnings statements

Your payout and sales records live under your sales/earnings area — see where to find your sales data. Export these for your records or your accountant.

Why keep them

• Tax time: you will want both what you paid and what you earned — see tax forms explained.
• Bookkeeping: a clean monthly record makes accounting painless.

What's on an invoice

Each subscription invoice shows the plan name, billing date, amount, and your account details — everything an accountant needs to record it as a business expense. Earnings statements show the period, sales, and payout amount.

At tax time

Pair your invoices (what you paid) with your exported earnings (what you made) and your tax documents for a complete picture.
