I can't log in to my Chiify account — what should I do?
Check your email and password, reset the password if needed, confirm your email is verified, and clear browser issues. Here's the full fix list.

Locked out? Work through these in order — one of them almost always does it.
1. Check the basics
- Make sure you are using the exact email you signed up with.
- Watch for caps lock and extra spaces in your password.
2. Reset your password
If the password might be wrong, use Forgot password to set a new one — see resetting your password.
3. Confirm your email is verified
A brand-new account must be verified first. If you never clicked the link, see I didn't receive my verification email.
4. Clear browser issues
- Try a different browser or an incognito window.
- Clear cookies for chiify.com.
- Disable extensions that block scripts.
