Typical levels
- Author/owner — full control of the account, books, and payouts.
- Team member/staff — can help manage books and metadata, without access to sensitive payout settings.
- Admin — reserved for Chiify platform staff.
Good practice
- Give collaborators the lowest level that lets them do their job.
- Remove access when a project ends.
- Keep two-factor authentication on for every account with access.
