You can use more than one service, but never send the same book to the same store from two distributors at once — that causes duplicate listings and delivery conflicts.
The rule
One book, one distributor per store. So you can, for example:
- Send a book to Amazon directly via KDP, and use Chiify for every other store (Apple, Kobo, Google, libraries). Just disable Amazon in Chiify's store list.
- Or let Chiify handle everything — simpler, one dashboard, one payout.
Switching a store to Chiify
1. Take the book down at the other service for that store.
2. Wait for it to disappear there.
3. Enable that store in Chiify and deliver.
