Can I distribute the same book through Chiify and another service at the same time?

You can use more than one service, but never send the same book to the same store from two distributors at once — that causes duplicate listings and delivery conflicts.

The rule

One book, one distributor per store. So you can, for example:

• Send a book to Amazon directly via KDP, and use Chiify for every other store (Apple, Kobo, Google, libraries). Just disable Amazon in Chiify's store list.
• Or let Chiify handle everything — simpler, one dashboard, one payout.

Switching a store to Chiify

1. Take the book down at the other service for that store.
2. Wait for it to disappear there.
3. Enable that store in Chiify and deliver.
