How do I choose which stores my book goes to?

You control exactly where each book sells. Chiify reaches 400+ stores and 50,000+ libraries in 170+ countries, and you choose which ones carry your title.

Selecting stores

During upload (and any time after), open the store selection for the book. You can:

• Distribute everywhere — the simplest choice for maximum reach.
• Pick individual stores — for example, hold a book back from one retailer because you sell it there directly.

Major destinations include Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, Google Play Books, Kobo, and libraries like OverDrive and hoopla.

Territories

Separately from stores, you can set territory rights — the countries where the book may be sold. Most authors choose worldwide. See territory rights.

Changing your mind later

You can enable or disable stores for a book after it is live. Adding a store sends a fresh delivery; removing one sends a takedown to that retailer, which it processes on its own schedule.
