How do I find my book in the stores after it goes live?

After Chiify delivers your book, each store lists it on its own schedule — here is how to track it down.

Where to look

1. Your Chiify dashboard shows delivery status per store. Delivered means it is on the retailer's side now.
2. Search the store directly for your exact title, your author name, or your ISBN — the ISBN is the most reliable.
3. Give each store time: see why isn't my book on sale yet.

Save your links

As each store lists the book, copy the link into your Universal Book Link so readers always reach their preferred store.

If it is missing after ~2 weeks

If your dashboard shows Delivered but a store still has nothing after about two weeks, open a ticket with the book and the store name and we will chase the retailer.
