If you are bringing a large backlist to Chiify, uploading one book at a time is slow. Bulk import lets you add many titles in one go.
When it helps
- Migrating a catalogue from another distributor — see switching to Chiify.
- A publisher or prolific author with dozens of titles.
How it works
You provide your books and their metadata in the supported bulk format, and Chiify processes them together. Each still passes the normal review and quality checks before going live.
Tips
- Get metadata clean first — see metadata best practices. Bulk mistakes multiply.
- Make sure every file is a valid EPUB or a convertible document — see EPUB validation.
