You can cancel a paid Chiify plan at any time — no lock-in.
How to cancel
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
- You keep your paid features until the end of the current billing period, then move to the Free plan.
What happens to your books
- Your books stay published and your earnings and payout history remain — see how will I get paid.
- On the Free plan, the 3-book limit and 10% commission apply again. If you have more than 3 books live, talk to us about your options before cancelling.
Lifetime
Lifetime is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel — you keep your access.
Changed your mind? You can re-subscribe or switch plans any time.
What you keep after cancelling
- Your published books stay live and keep selling.
- Your earnings, payout history, and sales data remain — see where to find your sales data.
- You simply return to the Free plan (3-book limit, 10% commission) at the end of the period.
