Tour of your Chiify dashboard

Once you're signed in, the dashboard sidebar gives you access to everything Chiify does.

Library

Your books. Each row shows the title, status (Draft, Live, Taking down), and quick actions. Click any book to see distribution status per retailer, recent sales, and metadata.

Studio

Design tools — cover templates, EPUB previewer, and metadata helpers. Use Studio when you're preparing a new book or refreshing an old one.

Sales

Your earnings, by book and by retailer. Filter by date range; export CSV. Sales data comes from retailers on a 30–60 day delay (industry standard).

Payouts

Your account balance, payout history, and payout method. Payouts run monthly on the 15th once your balance crosses your payout minimum.

Pre-orders

Books with a future release date. You can set a pre-order to start months in advance — readers can buy from the retailer immediately, and the book delivers automatically on release day.

Imprints

If you publish under multiple author names (pen names) or run a small press, manage them here. Each imprint can have its own bio, logo, and tax setup.

Team

Invite editors, designers, or co-authors to collaborate on a specific book or your whole catalog.

Reports

Deep-dive analytics — sales velocity, retailer comparison, country breakdowns, and revenue trends.

Settings

Profile, password, two-factor authentication, payout details, tax information, and account deletion.

Mobile reader app

The Chiify Store mobile reader app is a separate consumer app — your books appear there automatically once they're live on chiify.com/store. Install the Chiify Store app.
