The House of Hollow Marrow

Hollowmarrow is white as bone and cold as the sea it watches. Orla wants to burn it. Maeve wants to live in it. But the house has been eating Cathal women for two hundred years, and the gentleman in the mirror keeps the accounts. When Maeve starts losing whole days, Orla descends the marrow stair to find the one woman the house never finished swallowing. Something down there is still awake. Something down there is still asking for water.
