The Healer She Marked

Freya Bell has kept two secrets in Wrackmoor for eleven years: she's a wolf shifter, and she sells really excellent tea. When the town magistrate turns up dead in her own herb garden with a dropper of wolfsbane, both secrets get harder to keep. Constable Rhys Calloway is new to Wrackmoor and not new to shifters. The moment Freya pricks her finger on a rosemary sprig, he knows the moon has finally sent him a mate. Freya knows too — and wants nothing to do with him. But there's a killer in Wrackmoor, and the only two noses that can smell the truth are Freya's and Rhys's. As they bicker over tinctures, break into a doctor's office, and search the bell tower for a second body, the mate bond tightens whether Freya likes it or not. A cozy shifter mystery with fated mates, herb lore, and a very opinionated cat.
