Sunrise and Sunset

Nell Eastman inherited her grandmother's bookshop, her grandmother's debts, and a locked drawer that was opened before she got there. Desmond Alcott retired from the state police to fix a boat and be forgotten. Porthallow, Maine, has other plans. When the harbormaster turns up dead on the pier with a bookshop receipt in his coat, the town calls it a fall. Nell calls it a receipt dated two days in the future. He's forty-six. She's twenty-two. He's a detective. She's a witness. And the man laundering the town's festival money is watching both of them. A cozy amateur sleuth mystery romance about a girl with a ledger, a silver fox with a boat, and a small town that knows everyone's business but its own.
