Bianca Ferrara saw the wrong thing on the right night, and now the Falcone crew is keeping her in a Baltimore rowhouse with a lock on the outside of the door. No phone. No internet. No exit. Her keeper is Tommy Falcone, the underboss's son, who has spent nine years trying to get out of a family he was born into. He's supposed to watch her. He ends up being the only one who talks to her. When the crew votes to move the witness somewhere permanent, Tommy picks her over his own name and drives her out of the city in the middle of the night.
