Kidnapped by the Capo

Nadia Okafor found nine million dollars that wasn't supposed to exist. She reported it. Two days later she woke up handcuffed to a radiator in a farmhouse outside Palermo, and a man she'd only ever seen in a surveillance photo was sitting in the kitchen, waiting for her to open her eyes. Capo Matteo Greci isn't going to kill her. He's going to keep her — eleven weeks, no windows, no phone — because she is the only proof of what happened to his brother. He didn't plan for her to be funny. Or stubborn. Or the only person in the house who talks to him like he's a man. She didn't plan to stop running. She escapes twice. The second time, she comes back on her own. A dark captive mafia romance for readers who want the door locked and the ending earned.
