His Quiet Huntress

Someone is killing Iron Will Motorcycle Club members on Route 6, one every nine days, and leaving them on the shoulder at mile marker 41. Mercer Vance, the club's road captain, does not solve problems by riding fast. He solves them by sitting still. When a quiet woman named Lila Crane moves into the bait shop on Route 6 and can strip an engine blindfolded, the club tells him to watch her. So he does. He buys eleven days of coffee he doesn't want, sits on a stool by her register, and learns almost nothing, because Lila does not talk and Mercer has never been good at asking. He falls in love with her before he clears her name. Then he finds a parts order that tells him who the killer is, and the killer has been looking for Lila for two years. A werewolf shifter biker romance about headlights on a two-lane highway, a woman who does not explain herself, and a man who is very patient.
