Cormac

Cormac Rios is nineteen years old, undrafted, and the equipment manager for the Boston Fleet because his uncle is the head coach and the alternative was going home. When he finds the Fleet's captain on the locker room floor with a knee that will end his career, Cormac doesn't call the team doctor. He calls nobody. He tapes Danny Koh's knee in private, six days a week, and pretends that's the whole of it. Then Seb Mercier arrives to coach the defense - the man Danny ended in his last pro game, twelve years ago, hired to fix a room that is already broken. Seb sees Cormac too clearly. Danny sees Seb and doesn't look away. Three men, one house in Cambridge with only two parking spaces, and a medical report that is going to end everything whether they want it to or not. A dark MMM hockey age gap romance about a captain, his coach, the boy who tapes their knees, and what you're willing to lose.
