Rani Bhattacharya has spent four years turning hockey games into numbers and numbers into wins. She is now the analytics director for a team that made her take a pay cut and assigned her the one player who thinks her job is an insult. He also has a road trip, a shared office, and a coach who just benched him on her data. The Stallions have one season, one winning streak, and one numbers war going on inside the building. Somewhere between the flight and the twelve-game road trip, Teo starts showing up to the office at midnight. Rani starts leaving a light on.
