Bite Me, Baby

Milo Vance has been a vampire for two hundred and twelve years and has no plans to take over anything. Then his sire gets staked in a parking garage and the deed to a Chicago nightclub lands in his lap with a clause he can't read. The club has a tenant. Sera Delgado, werewolf enforcer, has been paying rent to a dead man for six years and is not moving out. The contract says they share the bloodline room every full moon. The contract says neither one of them can sell without the other. Someone has hired hunters to shake them loose, and the buyer is a councilman Milo has owed a favor to since 1898. Paying the favor means losing everything he inherited. Refusing it means losing Sera. A dark urban paranormal romance with fangs, rent disputes, and a moon on the calendar.
