The Vault of the Ice Ghosts

Every winter the Newfoundland Horizon assemble in St. John's out of players who should not be on a roster and never appear in any database. Elias Crowe has been their head scout for as long as anyone can remember, and he keeps a ledger of the men the ice has taken. This October, two new skaters arrive at camp: Mihai Rusu, a Romanian draft pick with no passport, and Bram Kelly, a former NHL enforcer who was presumed dead in a car accident four years ago. Elias recognizes both of their names. They have been crossed out and replaced in his ledger, and the third entry is his own. Under the arena, in a vault the Horizon have never spoken about, the ice remembers every game ever played and every man who ever laced a skate. It will release Mihai and Bram. It has one condition. A dark MMM hockey urban paranormal romance about the north Atlantic, a team of ghosts, and three men who refuse to leave anyone behind.
