The Trickster She Summoned

Abbi Osei reads tarot for cash and believes none of it. Then she reads a summoning spread out loud, and something answers. His name is Jack. He's been bound in a pawn shop for forty years. He would like a lift. Getting rid of him takes two people who hate each other: Hale, a werewolf constable who works the tunnels at night, and Dr. Ezra Wise, who has been mapping the city's ley lines and has a very unprofessional interest in Abbi's gifts. They have history. A bargain made in 1983, in a basement, with a body in it. The pawn broker's heir wants Jack back. Abbi has a bicycle, a deck of cards, and a city full of old magic. She's going to renegotiate.
