The Billionaire of Bourbon Street

Ruby Thibodeaux has held down the last family bar on Bourbon Street for nine years with good bourbon, better music, and no patience for men in suits. Marcelin Cormier left New Orleans at twenty-one with a guitar and a grudge. He came back with a billion dollars and a plan for her block — and a chair at the bar he has no right to remember. He wants her building. She wants him gone. The Crescent Kings want her protected. But the man who owns half the street still plays bass like a boy from the Seventh Ward, and the coffee roastery he opens next door smells like the mornings she used to cook for him. When his investors move to tear down the bar, Marcelin has to choose between the suit he built and the city he left. The first book in the Cormier Street series.
