No Prospects, No Patching

Gia Marchetti is the best mechanic in the shop and she has one clause in her contract that matters: she fixes bikes, she doesn't prospect. Bram Tulley voted against hiring her. He's now the man assigned to train her, which means six weeks of tools on the floor, an argument about torque specs, and one overnight repair at a truck stop that neither of them talks about afterward. He's thirty-eight. He has a chapter patch and a run he doesn't sleep through. She's twenty-three and has a name that's going on her own door one day — not his club's roster. When the chapter decides her clause doesn't count, Gia does the only sensible thing: she quits, opens two blocks down, and takes half the fleet with her. Bram has a choice to make, and he makes it with tools in his hands, not fists.
