No Mercy, No Name

Ewan has been the pack's best hunter for six years. Then the new alpha arrives and, in front of the whole pack, refuses him. Soren Varga isn't a wolf come to rule. He's a hunter who came to burn the pack down — the pack that killed his family — and a mate bond would make that impossible. So he tells Ewan the truth and tells him to leave. Ewan stays anyway. They make a bargain: no bond, no claim, no name for whatever this is, and both of them free to walk when the fire starts. It takes a year to earn the right to burn it. It takes one knife. And when Soren finally moves, Ewan has to decide whether he's the hand that stops him or the hand that steadies him. A dark MM rejected mate romance about two men who never claimed each other out loud.
