Ivy

Ivy Marchetti bought a bookshop on Bainbridge Island with her divorce settlement and the unshakeable belief that things will work out. Three days later the previous owner is dead in the mystery section, the office is torn apart, and the store ledger — which apparently doubled as the island's unofficial debt book — is gone. Now Ivy is hosting a book club nobody came to, fending off a developer who wants the block, and finding a dead crow on her counter. Everyone on the island owes somebody something. Ivy just has to work out who owes the most, and who is willing to close a bookshop to keep it quiet. A Bainbridge Island cozy murder mystery for people who think a bookshop is worth fighting for.
