Hunting the Pack Captain

Six students are named prey every winter at Ravenmoor. This year the captain named his stepsister. Elin Kielland knows the rules. She's watched the hunt for three years from the sidelines, marking exits, timing the gate. When Tobias writes her name on the board and sends his two best hunters after her, she doesn't run — she goes underground, into tunnels the academy boarded up a century ago. By midnight the prey has the captain cornered and his name off the board. By the next hunt she's running all three of them: Tobias, who named her; Ottar, who sells the maps; and Nils, who came to Ravenmoor for a photograph of a first-year who never came home. Because the hunt isn't a tradition. It's a cover-up — and Elin has four nights to make three men admit it. A dark why choose academy romance with a hunt gone backward.
