Her Silver Fox Landlord

Arden Blake has survived a recession, a thesis, and one statistics final. She is not prepared for her landlord to be the professor who taught that final. Theo Marchetti is forty-six, freshly divorced, and currently sharing a wall — then a couch, then an apartment — with the woman who once failed his class and has been, in the ten years since, the only former student he thinks about when he should be thinking about anything else. Then a burst radiator makes his upstairs the only dry square footage in the building, and two weeks turns into two months of coffee orders, ethics arguments, and one shared bathroom. He's also just been made interim chair of her department, which is exactly the kind of thing that should keep this extremely careful. It does not. Her Silver Fox Landlord is a standalone forced proximity age gap romance about getting a second chance at your own worst grade, in a city that never lets anyone off easy.
